FAQ'S
-What ages do you cater for?
Our themes cater for parties, play dates or get togethers for up to 8 children aged between 5 - 11 years.
-What bedding is included in my package?
Each teepee comes with a comfortable air bed, a duvet, a pillow, a fitted sheet and a selection of gorgeous scatter cushions.
-Can you host the party?
We don't stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We do offer a number of party add-ons which you can find on our pricelist.
LOGISTICS
-Do you charge a delivery fee?
Our delivery, set up, pack down and collection fee is included in the package price for customers living in Loughton and the surrounding areas of Woodford Green, Buckhurst Hill, Theydon Bois, Epping, Chigwell, Waltham Abbey and Chingford.
Delivery outside of these surrounding areas may incur an additional delivery fee. Please enquire directly with us for a quote.
-How long is the hire period of the teepee package?
Our Friday set up time will be at approximately 3.30pm and our Saturday set up time will be at approximately 3pm on the day of the party. We aim to pack up and collect the following day between 10pm and 12pm.
If you require different set up or collection times, please contact us.
SET UP
-How much space in the room is required for the teepees?
Each teepee requires a minimum of 90cm in width and 190cm in length. The trays take up an additional 52 cm. Please do make sure that you measure up the room space to ensure you have enough room for the teepees!
-How long will it take you to set up the teepees?
This will depend on the package you have chosen and the number of tents you require but as a guide - set up will take approximately 1 hour.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
We ask that you clear the room space before we arrive so that the party area is ready for the teepees!
-Do you have a minimum number of teepees that can be hired?
Our minimum order would be for 2 teepees .
Do you have a maximum number of teepees that can be hired?
Our maximum order is for 8 teepees.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
-How do we book a Sweet Dreamz party?
Please feel free to call or email us directly or send us an online enquiry via our Website or Facebook.
-What is required to secure my booking?
Your booking will be provisionally booked via email, along with our terms and conditions. Once the terms and conditions are accepted, a deposit of 50% of the party cost is required for securing your booking.
-When is the balance of payment due?
You will be required to pay the balance two weeks before your party.
-What type of payment do you accept?
Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment.
-Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people!
-Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel 4 weeks or less from the party date, you will forfeit the deposit paid.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We do have full Public Liability Insurance
